G'day John! I'm NOVA, your AI training assistant — here to answer any questions on your industry compliance standards, company procedures, upselling, customer service, or anything else related to your business.

What's your first question, mate?
Walk me through the job checklist
What do the standards say about RCDs?
What's the upsell structure?
Ask any trade or procedure question...

YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
ALWAYS ON.

NOVA is built on your actual business documents — your SOPs, safety standards, scripts, and HR policies. Staff ask questions. NOVA answers with your procedures, in plain language, instantly.

💬

Ask Anything Mode

Staff type or speak any question and get an immediate, accurate answer drawn from your actual company documentation — not generic AI advice.

🎯

Quiz & Scenario Training

Test knowledge with multiple choice quizzes and put staff through realistic on-site scenarios. NOVA tracks scores and flags gaps automatically.

📊

Owner Dashboard

See who's logging in, quiz scores, onboarding progress, and every question your team couldn't find an answer to — so you can fill those gaps.

🎓

5-Day Onboarding Program

Activate a structured first-week program for new staff. NOVA guides them through your standards day by day — without you running a single session.

THE SELF-IMPROVING
KNOWLEDGE LOOP

This is what separates NOVA from a static knowledge base. Every time a staff member asks a question NOVA can't fully answer — because the SOP doesn't exist yet, or a procedure hasn't been documented — it gets flagged directly to you.

Over time, this builds a precise picture of exactly where your business documentation has gaps. You're not guessing what to write next. NOVA tells you.

1
Staff asks a question NOVA can't fully answer from your current knowledge base
2
The gap gets flagged directly to you via the Owner Dashboard
3
You fill the gap — write the SOP, add the procedure, update the knowledge base
4
NOVA gets smarter. The longer you run it, the more complete and valuable your business becomes

INDUSTRY STANDARDS
BUILT IN.

Your industry's rulebook — interpreted in plain language, on demand. NOVA can be trained on the technical standards and compliance codes that govern your trade, so your staff always have the right answer backed by the right clause.

Ask NOVA a compliance question and it doesn't just give you the answer — it shows you exactly how it got there. Relevant clause numbers, the reasoning behind the ruling, and a plain-language breakdown your apprentices can actually understand.

What are the equipotential bonding requirements for a swimming pool?
NOVA

All metallic parts in and around a swimming pool must be connected to an equipotential bonding network to eliminate dangerous voltage differences. This includes pool shell reinforcement, ladders, handrails, light fittings, pump and filter housings, and any other exposed conductive parts within the zone of influence.

📋 Relevant Clause
AS/NZS 3000:2018 — Clause 6.4.4 & AS/NZS 3013
"All simultaneously accessible extraneous conductive parts shall be connected by a supplementary equipotential conductor... to eliminate risk of electric shock from potential differences."

The bonding conductor must be a minimum of 4mm² copper and must bond the water itself via a sacrificial anode or bonding electrode in contact with the water. The entire bonding network must then connect to the main earthing system of the installation. Any pool light operating above 12V must also have its own RCD protection.

What's the minimum cable size for a 20A circuit in a domestic install?
NOVA

For a 20A circuit in a domestic installation, the minimum conductor size is 2.5mm² for general wiring using copper TPS cable, subject to voltage drop and derating conditions being satisfied.

📋 Relevant Clause
AS/NZS 3000:2018 — Clause 3.6 & Table 3.4
"The cross-sectional area of conductors shall be selected so that the current-carrying capacity... is not less than the maximum demand of the circuit."

Important: if the cable runs through insulation, is bundled with other cables, or exceeds standard length, derating factors apply and you may need to step up to 4mm². Always verify voltage drop doesn't exceed 5% of supply voltage over the circuit length.

Oliver Saunders — Founder of Saunders Intelligence, with Saunders Electrical Group work vehicle
OLIVER SAUNDERS
Founder, Saunders Intelligence
Owner, Saunders Electrical Group · Sydney, NSW

BUILT BY A
TRADIE,
FOR TRADIES.

Oliver Saunders has been running Saunders Electrical Group in Sydney's Hills and Hawkesbury district for over a decade. Like every trade business owner, he spent years answering the same questions from apprentices, watching new staff make avoidable mistakes, and re-training people who should have known the procedures.

The bigger the team got, the bigger the problem. Apprentices needed constant guidance but were often hesitant to ask. Senior staff were interrupted mid-job to answer questions that should have been covered in training. Procedures lived in Oliver's head, not on paper — and certainly not available to a team member at 7am on a job site.

So he built the solution himself. NOVA started as an internal AI training agent for his own team — trained on SEG's actual procedures, safety standards, upselling scripts, and compliance requirements. The results were immediate. Apprentice learning accelerated. Questions dropped. Standards improved. New staff got up to speed faster than ever before.

"I didn't build this as a tech product. I built it because I needed it. Once it worked for my team, I knew every trade business owner in the country had the same problem."

— Oliver Saunders, Founder

NOVA is now available to any trade or service business that wants what Oliver built — a 24/7 AI trainer that knows your business, answers your team's questions, accelerates your apprentices, and gets smarter over time.

ONE PRODUCT.
BUILT FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

NOVA isn't a subscription tier you pick from a dropdown. It's a custom-built intelligence layer scoped to your business. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of your operation — discussed on your discovery call.

No packages. No tiers. No price list. Every NOVA is scoped to the business it serves — we discuss your team size, complexity, and goals on the call, and price accordingly.

COMMON QUESTIONS.

Any trade or service business. NOVA was originally built for electrical, but has since been customised to work just as well for plumbers, builders, HVAC technicians, landscapers, pool builders, and any service business with staff to train. The knowledge base is built from your documents — so it's specific to your industry and business, not generic.
That's common and it's not a problem. We can work with whatever you have — even rough notes or verbal descriptions. Many clients find that building NOVA is what finally prompts them to document things they've never written down. The Knowledge Gap notification system (Premium) also tells you what your team is asking that NOVA can't answer — so you can fill those gaps over time.
Build time depends on the size and complexity of your business. Most builds are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from receiving all required documents and assets. The main factor is how quickly you can supply your content — once we have everything, we move fast.
No lock-in period. You can cancel your monthly support agreement with 30 days written notice. The build fee is non-refundable once work has commenced — but there's no ongoing contract locking you in.
Yes. Each client requires their own Anthropic API account and key. This keeps your usage and billing completely separate. API costs are very low — a full conversation with NOVA typically costs a few cents. We walk you through the setup as part of the onboarding process.
Hosting and deployment, monthly maintenance, adding or removing staff accounts, knowledge base updates, and email and phone support during business hours. The monthly fee keeps NOVA live, accurate, and improving as your business grows. The exact scope is confirmed during your discovery call.
Yes — your data is secure. Every NOVA build is a private, login-protected deployment unique to your business. There is no shared database between clients. Your procedures, SOPs, and business documents are embedded into your own NOVA tool and are not accessible to any other business or user.

When staff ask NOVA a question, the query is processed through Anthropic's API using your own dedicated API key. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models by default — your content stays yours.

All client documents collected during the build process are stored in a dedicated, access-restricted Google Drive folder — not in shared storage, not in personal email. Your Service Agreement includes a mutual confidentiality clause that legally protects your business information for the duration of the engagement and two years beyond.

The bottom line: your business knowledge is private, your staff access is controlled, and your data is never shared with other clients or third parties.
No. Your NOVA is completely private and accessible only to the staff accounts you authorise. Access requires a username and password — there is no public-facing version of your tool. Each client gets their own deployment on their own URL. No other business, client, or user has any access to your content whatsoever.
