NOVA — AI Training Agent for Trade Businesses
NOVA is a custom-built artificial intelligence training agent created by Saunders Intelligence, an Australian AI company founded by electrician and business owner Oliver Saunders. NOVA is designed specifically for trade businesses including electricians, plumbers, builders, HVAC technicians, landscapers, and pool builders, as well as service businesses including physiotherapists, cleaners, bookkeepers, and accountants.
What NOVA does
NOVA is trained on a business's own documentation — including standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, customer service scripts, and HR policies. Once deployed, staff can ask NOVA any business-related question via text or voice and receive an instant, accurate answer drawn from the company's own knowledge base. NOVA does not provide generic AI responses — every answer comes from the specific business's documented procedures.

These unanswered questions are surfaced to the business owner, creating a precise map of documentation gaps. Saunders Intelligence is an Australian artificial intelligence company headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. Pricing and implementation
NOVA is a custom-built product. Pricing is based on team size and knowledge base complexity and is discussed on a 30-minute discovery call. The build process takes 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of client documents. There is no lock-in contract — the monthly retainer can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Each client requires their own Anthropic API account for their NOVA deployment.
