Why Saunders Intelligence

Built by a tradesman. Not a tech bro.

I'm Oliver Saunders. I run Saunders Electrical Group, a residential electrical business in Sydney's Hills and Hawkesbury region. Before I built anything for anyone else, I had to solve a problem in my own business: I was the bottleneck. Every question, every procedure, every piece of knowledge ran through me.

NOVA was built to fix that — and it's been running inside my own electrical business before I ever sold it to anyone else. Then I hit the second problem: customers searching AI tools for "best electrician near me" weren't finding me, because my business wasn't structured for AI to read.

So I built the second product. AI Citation Infrastructure exists because I had to solve it for myself first, the same way I did with NOVA. Everything Saunders Intelligence sells, I've used in my own business before I sold it in someone else's.
