1. About Saunders Intelligence

Saunders Intelligence is an Australian business operated by Oliver Saunders, based in Sydney, New South Wales. We design and deploy custom AI training agents ("NOVA") for trade and service businesses.

2. Use of this website

By accessing saundersintelligence.ai, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Scrape or copy content without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Enquiries and discovery calls

Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not constitute a contract or commitment from either party. Discovery calls are provided at no cost and without obligation. Saunders Intelligence reserves the right to decline to provide services to any prospective client at our sole discretion.

4. NOVA service agreements

If you engage Saunders Intelligence to build a NOVA deployment, your engagement is governed by a separate written Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms of Service. The Service Agreement will cover:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Build fees and monthly retainer pricing
• Payment terms and invoicing
• Cancellation and notice periods
• Confidentiality and data handling obligations
• Intellectual property ownership
• Limitation of liability

Until a signed Service Agreement is in place, no work will commence and no binding commitment exists on either side.

5. Intellectual property

All content on saundersintelligence.ai — including text, design, graphics, code, and the NOVA product concept — is the intellectual property of Saunders Intelligence and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Client-supplied content (business documents, SOPs, procedures) remains the intellectual property of the client. Saunders Intelligence does not claim ownership of any materials provided by clients to build their NOVA deployment.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be available at all times without interruption
• Information on the website is complete, accurate, or current at all times
• NOVA will meet every specific requirement of your business without customisation

AI-generated outputs from NOVA should be reviewed by relevant staff before being relied upon for critical business decisions. NOVA is a training and knowledge management tool and does not constitute professional legal, financial, safety, or regulatory advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Saunders Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Saunders Intelligence in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-party services

NOVA deployments operate using Anthropic's API and are hosted on infrastructure provided by Netlify. Use of these services is subject to Anthropic's and Netlify's own terms of service respectively. Saunders Intelligence is not responsible for any downtime, changes, or policy decisions made by these third-party providers.

Each client requires their own Anthropic API account, and API usage costs are separate from Saunders Intelligence fees.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
